Seagull is an English independent Energy and Natural Resources exploration, development and production company which adheres to the highest ESG standards. Seagull was created to pursue growth opportunities internationally and currently we are concentrating on mining and energy production projects across the Globe with focus on Africa and the Middle East.

Seagull takes a holistic Sustainable Capacity Development (SCD) approach to its projects and therefore also seeks to provide through partner arrangements appropriate technician-level training and university degrees.

Seagull comprises the following divisions:

1. An Energy Division, with a focus on the attainment of carbon-neutral and environmentally sound operations in both the production and the use of energy – at sea and on land
2. A Mining Division with a focus on Critical Minerals and green mining
3. A Service Division, covering different services including but not limited to Education where with partners, we will provide technician and university level education and training

All these Divisions extend their capabilities when required by collaborating with like-minded companies, institutions and consultants drawn from an extensive high-calibre network of experts who respect the reputations of Seagull’s principals and are happy to work with them. When the projects are large enough, this may lead to the creation of formal Consortia

At Seagull, we are focusing on:

• Serving the needs of society with regard to the provision of energy and strategically important minerals
• Deliver in the context of a progression to carbon neutrality along with environmental impact management to acceptable standards
• Carbon neutral electricity production by combining offshore Gas Power Plants and Carbon Capture and Storing (CCS)
• Specifically, to always strive to include renewables as energy sources in Seagull projects – e.g. in mining projects, leading to “Green Mining”
• The production of the battery metals and other minerals required to support the renewables industry
• Operation in low financial risk / exposure
• Optimisation of our business processes through the provision of Capacity Development related education and the application of technology
• Our focus ranges from producing assets to new development opportunities to exploration through license rounds, direct awards from host governments, and farm-in’s
